DOCUMENTATION FOR VEHICLE DEREGISTRATIONS
To process the final deregistration of your vehicle, it will be necessary to present the following documentation that may vary depending on the vehicle owner. THE OWNER IS A PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL
- Registration certificate and technical sheet. Failing that, traffic information note.
- Valid ID of the owner.
- Deregistration request signed by the owner.
- Authorization for the processing of the deregistration, if the owner cannot.
THE OWNER IS A COMPANY
- Registration certificate and technical sheet.
- Photocopy of the company's CIF.
- Valid official ID of the manager.
- Photocopy of powers or deed of incorporation where the manager appears or you can download our model of representation of legal entities.
- Deregistration request signed by the owner or representative in case of legal entity.
- Authorization for the processing of the deregistration, if the manager cannot.
THE OWNER HAS DIED
- Registration certificate and technical sheet.
- ID of the deceased owner.
- Photocopy of the death certificate.
- Photocopy of the judicial resolution of declaration of heirs, if any. Otherwise, signed agreement of direct relatives.
- ID of the heir/s or direct relatives.
- Deregistration request signed by the owner or authorized.
- Authorization for the processing of the deregistration.
